Tableware (plates, cups, napkins, utensils)
Refreshments: ice, water, and assorted soft drinks (food/snack add-on available for an additional fee)
Basket of picnic essentials: Wine and bottle opener, sunscreen and bug spray, hand sanitizer, bandaids, board/card games, and more

To secure your date, a 50% non-refundable down payment is required at the time of booking. Your picnic is officially confirmed once the payment is received.

We serve select locations in Hamilton County, Indiana, and neighboring communities within a 15-mile radius. Picnics can be set up at public parks, private backyards, or other approved outdoor spaces. If you have a specific location in mind, feel free to reach out to inquire!

To reserve your date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your scheduled picnic.
Cancellations & Refunds:
If you cancel at least 72 hours before your picnic, your second payment (the remaining balance) will be refunded. The deposit remains non-refundable.
If you cancel within 72 hours of your reservation, no refunds will be issued.
The deposit may only be refunded in cases of extreme weather (e.g. thunderstorms, heavy wind, or unsafe conditions) and if rescheduling or moving indoors is not possible.

We monitor the forecast closely and will contact you 24–48 hours in advance if the weather looks unfavorable. You’ll have the option to reschedule once at no additional cost, or if you have an indoor space you'd like to switch to, we’re happy to relocate the setup there instead, as long as it’s accessible and safe for us to work in.
