Picnic Rental Terms and Conditions

Rental Terms
This rental includes a 2-hour picnic setup with decor, tableware, non-alcoholic refreshments, and a basket of picnic essentials.
Any time beyond the 2-hour period may be subject to additional fees if not pre-arranged.
Setups are for 2–6 guests maximum unless otherwise approved in writing.

Weather & Cancellations
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining balance is due 7 days before the picnic date.
If canceled 72 hours or more before the event, the final balance (only) is refundable.
If weather conditions are severe (e.g. storms, high wind, unsafe conditions), you may choose to:
a) Reschedule at no additional charge, or
b) Move the picnic to a customer-provided indoor location.
In the case of extreme weather and no reschedule or indoor option, the deposit may be refunded at the discretion of Open Invite Indy LLC.

Customer Responsibilities
Customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

You and your guests will use the rented items responsibly and with care.
You are responsible for the behavior and supervision of all guests, including children.
You are responsible for any damage to picnic items caused by negligence or misuse.
You will not leave the picnic unattended at any time during the 2-hour rental period.
You agree to vacate the setup space at the scheduled end time, unless an extension has been approved.

Liability Waiver
Customer understands and acknowledges that:

Open Invite Indy LLC is not responsible for accidents, injuries, allergic reactions, or damages that occur during the picnic rental.
Customer voluntarily accept all risks associated with the event, including those related to outdoor environments, insects, or third-party food vendors (if applicable).
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Open Invite Indy LLC, its owner, and affiliates from any claims or liability arising from the event.
